This table was a little challenge. A three leaf extendable dining table with a waney edge.

​

I managed to find some beautifully wild pieces of very pippy Oak from Scot Burrs in Scotland which provide a rich and characterful table with wildly eccentric grain. The extendable leaves are not integrated into the main body of the table and have to be stored separately. This is due to the waney edge making a concealed design impossible.

The end result however is a truely unique and visually engaging tabletop.
